My name is Lewis, I’m a qualified level 3 personal trainer. I’ve been in the health and fitness industry since 2008. In that time I’ve worked in a number a gyms and fitness centres in the Preston area as a Personal trainer, Metafit, Spinning, Boxercise, Circuit, Kettlercise and Aqua instructor.
I have had the pleasure of being able to train people from all walks of life that share my passion to help them achieve their personal goals and helping them get results.
My personal experiences of training and exercise all stem from when I went from 91kg to 82kg reduced my body fat to only 13.5%. Because of that, I really wanted to keep it going so I took up running as a hobby and even ran in 5km and 10km races. Fast forward 4 years I am a trainee professional wrestler at Preston City Wrestling. And in pursuit of this dream I have regained over 15kgs of muscle through a change in my diet and training regime.
So personally I have a lot of personal experiences in changing my own body from one end of the scale to the other. Which means i can relate to most peoples own situations.
